Drug combination therapy for the treatment of cancers and other multifactorial diseases has the potential of increasing the therapeutic effect while reducing the likelihood of drug resistance. In order to reduce the time and cost spent on comprehensive screens, methods are needed which can model additive effects of possible drug combinations.

Christophe Van Neste is a Postdoctoral Fellow under the supervision of Professor Xin Gao at the Structural and Functional Bioinformatics Group (SFB) at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Research Interests ​My topic interests are centered around cancer and development, specifically related to the embryonal cancer neuroblastoma and how it links to the normal development of the sympathetic neuronal system.
